This requisition is not an actual job vacancy. This requisition serves to establish a pipeline of interested candidates for current or future opportunities at Aaron’s. As a Management Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to learn the various facets of our business to help build a foundation for a management career at Aaron’s! Aaron’s provides diverse management opportunities from our Customer Account Manager role supporting the Customer Accounts Department to managing your own store as a General Manager. We are identifying candidates for future management opportunities in our Management Development Program as our company continues to grow! Below are a couple of roles in our Management Development Program that we are looking for candidates.

Customer Account Manager

What role will YOU play

  • The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers

  • Managing the collections process and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals

  • Holding daily strategy meetings with all members of your team

  • Working select customer accounts and establishing contact over the phone and in-person

  • Ensuring customers make timely lease payments for their merchandise

  • Acting as a key holder, reviewing customer lease agreements

Sales Manager

What role will YOU play

  • The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers

  • Generate new business by developing and implementing community marketing strategies

  • Assist store manager with product ordering, including planning for future sales, events & stock balancing

  • Manage the overall sales functions of the store—inside & outside sales

  • Assist in product staging, and warehouse maintenance

  • Assist with merchandise returns and customer deliveries as directed by the General Manager

  • Safely operates company vehicle

What do we need from YOU

  • Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred

  • At least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and satisfactory MVR: a satisfactory MVR (driving record), a valid Driver’s License, D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it.

  • Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
