Job Duties:

  • Monitor, review, and evaluate non-renewal (collections) calls.

  • Meet or exceed daily call monitoring goals and evaluations.

  • Complete call evaluation forms and document outcomes

  • Efficient documentation and delivery of timely, fair, and accurate feedback

  • Work collaboratively with team to review and formulate goals

  • Other duties or tasks as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum education High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 6-12 months of contact center experience in a customer service or collections environment

  • Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Superior listening skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously

  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to execute multiple objectives concurrently

  • Bilingual in Spanish required
