Monitor, review, and evaluate non-renewal (collections) calls.
Meet or exceed daily call monitoring goals and evaluations.
Complete call evaluation forms and document outcomes
Efficient documentation and delivery of timely, fair, and accurate feedback
Work collaboratively with team to review and formulate goals
Other duties or tasks as assigned
Education and Experience:
Minimum education High School Diploma or GED equivalent
6-12 months of contact center experience in a customer service or collections environment
Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish
Required Skills and Competencies
Superior listening skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer & Typing literacy/proficiency, working with multiple software applications/screens simultaneously
Excellent organizational skills; ability to execute multiple objectives concurrently
Bilingual in Spanish required
